This policy covers the website at gethelpdock.com. The HelpDock Shopify app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page on the Shopify App Store.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no advertising or tracking scripts.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages (Cloudflare) processes your IP address and browser details to send you the page and protect the site from abuse. We don’t store these with anything that identifies you.

Links to the Shopify App Store

Buttons that say “Install” take you to HelpDock’s page on the Shopify App Store. The link includes a label for the button you clicked (for example “hero” or “pricing”), so we can see which parts of this site are useful. From there, Shopify’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

If you have a question about your data, email us at support@gethelpdock.com or use Contact us inside the HelpDock app. We reply within 30 days at the latest. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
